Italian restaurants usually serve bread before they serve the food. Just like the Chinese Restaurant in KL serve peanuts before the ordered dishes.

We wanted to order tiramisu in the beginning...but they had sold out tiramisu. :((( So, we ordered truffle ice-cream instead. This is black truffle.

the pasta is called gnocchi I think. Made with potato flour.
Was it flooded in Venice?
We were so lucky that Venice was not flooding. It was raining on the first day, but the weather for 2nd and 3rd day was perfect!wahahaha
