Dilemma

I'm standing at the cross road once again.
Dilemma in making the 'right' decision.
One small step for now shall be a big step for the future.
Higher pay or higher job satisfaction, that is the question.
Where should I head next? I am asking myself again and again.
I wish I have some guidance leading me to the right path.
